As Britain’s largest waterfront development you can enjoy a guided tour from the water in one of the open boats, head for lunch at one of the many eateries by the water’s edge or shop all day then book yourself a seat the Glee comedy club. This market has been running since the 1700’s and is still going strong. The impressive, two-storey Victorian structure is full of independent traders. From fresh produce, to homewares, clothing, tools and records you can spend hours discovering the stalls.

Cardiff Castle

This great stone fortress, has watched over Cardiff since the eleventh century and is a grand sight to behold. A ticket will get you into the impressive grounds, interactive exhibits, the Battlement Walk, a Norman keep and bomb shelters used as late as World War. IF you fancy a little upgrade, pay something extra and enjoy the House Tour which allows you access to the extravagant rooftop garden and private rooms.
